Event Analytics

Event-level metrics may include:

  • Visits and traffic — Page views, unique visitors.
  • Registration trends — Tickets sold over time, by category.
  • Conversion — Registration rate, funnel metrics.
  • UTM breakdown — Traffic by source, medium, campaign (when UTM links are used).
  • Device and location — Browser, device type, geography.
  • Engagement — Time on page, interactions.

Exact metrics depend on your event configuration and integration with analytics tools.


Attendee Analytics

Attendee-level analytics focus on who registered and when:

  • Registration patterns — By date, category, channel.
  • Demographics — If collected via registration fields.
  • UTM attribution — Which campaigns drove registrations.

UTM and conversion

When you use UTM Short Links or Marketing Tracking, analytics can show:

  • Top UTM sources, mediums, campaigns.
  • Conversion rates per channel.
