Coupons

  • Where: Event dashboard → Coupons.
  • What: Create discount codes that attendees enter at checkout. You set the discount (percentage or fixed amount), optional validity dates, and usage limits (e.g. one use per customer or total uses).
  • How: Add a new coupon, set the code (e.g. EARLY20), the discount type and value, and any restrictions. Share the code with your audience (e.g. email, social). Attendees enter it when registering to get the discount.
  • Use it for: Early bird pricing, partner or influencer codes, last-minute promotions, or group discounts.

Combo tickets

  • Where: Event dashboard → Combo Tickets.
  • What: A combo is a bundle of two or more ticket categories (or products) sold together at a single price or with a bundled discount. For example, "General Admission + T-shirt" or "VIP + Meet & Greet."
  • How: Create a combo and select which categories (and optionally addons) are included. Set the combo price or discount. The combo appears as an option on the event page alongside individual categories.
  • Use it for: Upselling, packages, or simplifying the choice for attendees (e.g. one "Full experience" combo instead of several separate add-ons).

UTM and marketing tracking

  • UTM Tracking (in Marketing & Sales): Add UTM parameters to your event or registration links so you can see in analytics which campaigns (e.g. email, Facebook) drove signups.
  • Marketing Tracking: Configure marketing trackers and links to attribute traffic and conversions to specific campaigns or partners.
