Event Reviews

View reviews and ratings submitted by attendees after your event. Use them to improve future events and showcase feedback.

Where to find it

  • Location: Event dashboard → Event Review (under Analytics).

How it works

After the event, attendees may be invited to leave a review (e.g. via email or a link on their pass). Reviews typically include:

  • Rating — Star or numeric score.
  • Comment — Written feedback.
  • Date — When the review was submitted.

Managing reviews

  • View — See all reviews and ratings.
  • Moderate — If supported, approve or hide inappropriate reviews.
  • Export — Download reviews for reporting.
  • Display — Reviews may be shown on the event page or microsite when enabled.

Use cases

  • Improve future events based on feedback.
  • Display testimonials on your event or organization page.
  • Track satisfaction over time.
  • Identify common issues or praises.
