Event Reviews
View reviews and ratings submitted by attendees after your event. Use them to improve future events and showcase feedback.
Where to find it
- Location: Event dashboard → Event Review (under Analytics).
How it works
After the event, attendees may be invited to leave a review (e.g. via email or a link on their pass). Reviews typically include:
- Rating — Star or numeric score.
- Comment — Written feedback.
- Date — When the review was submitted.
Managing reviews
- View — See all reviews and ratings.
- Moderate — If supported, approve or hide inappropriate reviews.
- Export — Download reviews for reporting.
- Display — Reviews may be shown on the event page or microsite when enabled.

- Improve future events based on feedback.
- Display testimonials on your event or organization page.
- Track satisfaction over time.
