Whitelabel
Whitelabel lets you customize the event page branding: colors, logo, and optional custom domain. Use it when you want the event to appear under your own brand instead of the default Quicket look.
Where
- Event dashboard → Whitelabel (
.../events/<eventSlug>/whitelabel)
Customization options
Primary and secondary colors
- Primary color — Main accent (buttons, links, highlights).
- Secondary color — Secondary accent for backgrounds or accents.
These colors affect the event page, emails, and pass design when whitelabel is applied.
Logo
Upload your organization or event logo. It appears on the event page header and can be used in emails or passes. Supported formats: typically JPEG, PNG, SVG (depends on platform).
Custom domain
Configure a custom domain so your event is served from your own URL (e.g. tickets.yourvenue.com) instead of the default Quicket domain. Domain setup may require DNS changes — follow the instructions shown in the dashboard.
Saving changes
- Update colors, upload logo, or set domain.
- Click Save (or Update domain for domain changes).
- Changes apply to the live event page and related assets.
Notes
- Whitelabel applies at the event level, not organization-wide. Configure it per event.
- Custom domain requires correct DNS configuration; contact support if you need help.
- Colors and logo override default styling — ensure contrast and accessibility.
