Event Gallery

The Event Gallery stores images shown on the event page (separate from the lineup/creatives). Use it for photos, venue shots, or promotional imagery that attendees see when browsing the event.

Where

  • Event dashboardMedia & ContentGallery (.../events/<eventSlug>/gallery)

Adding images

  1. Go to Gallery.
  2. Click Upload (or add image).
  3. Select image files. Supported formats typically include JPEG, PNG, WebP.
  4. Optionally add a caption to each image.
  5. Save. Images appear in the gallery and on the event page.

Order

The order of images in the gallery affects how they appear on the event page. Use Reorder to arrange them as you want.

  • Event Lineup (creatives) — Artists, performers, or featured items (names, bios, images).
  • Gallery — General event images (venue, past events, promos).

Both can appear on the event page; lineup and gallery serve different purposes. See Email Templates & Content for lineup details.
