Access Control

Configure roles and permissions for event dashboard access. Control who can view or edit specific sections (e.g. finance, attendees, setup).

Where to find it

  • Location: Event dashboard → Access Control (under Operations).

How it works

Access control lets you:

  • Define roles — e.g. Event Manager, Finance Viewer, Scanner Only.
  • Assign permissions — Which dashboard sections each role can access.
  • Invite users — Add people to the event with a specific role.

Use cases

  • Finance viewer — Someone who can see revenue and payouts but not change event setup.
  • Scanner only — Gate staff who only need check-in access.
  • Limited editor — Can edit attendees or categories but not settings.
