Refunds and Transfers
Policies for refunds and ticket transfers are set by the event organizer. This page gives a general overview.

Refunds
- Refund rules (eligibility, deadlines, and fees) are defined per event by the organizer.
- To request a refund, use the link or instructions in your order confirmation email, or go to the event page and look for “Refund” or “Support.”
- The organizer (or Quicket support) will process valid requests according to the event’s policy.
Transfers
- Some events allow transferring your ticket to another person.
- If transfer is available, you’ll typically find the option in your order or pass email, or on the event page.
- A transfer fee may apply; the organizer sets this.
