My Tickets and Order History
When you're logged in, you can view your tickets and order history in one place.
Where to find it
- Web: Click your profile or account icon, then My tickets or Order history.
- Mobile app: Open the Tickets or Profile tab.
My tickets
- What it shows: Your upcoming event passes (tickets you've purchased or received).
- What you can do:
- Open and view each pass (QR code, event details).
- Resend a pass to your email.
- Add to Google Wallet (if supported for that event).
- Transfer a ticket (if the organizer has enabled it).
- Access pass actions (survey, custom forms) from the pass.
Order history
- What it shows: Past orders — events you've registered for, dates, and amounts.
- What you can do:
- View order details.
- Access passes for past or upcoming events.
- Request a refund or transfer (if eligible and the organizer allows it).
Not logged in?
If you didn't create an account when you registered, you won't see My tickets or Order history. You can still access your passes:
- Secure Pass Access — Enter your email or phone, verify with the OTP we send you, then view and download your passes.
- Pass lookup on the event page — Enter the email you used when registering to receive a new copy of your pass.
